Holidayys is a brand of Holidays Tours LLC, a company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We offer and facilitate the booking of tours, activities, attractions and experiences in Dubai and the wider UAE.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to make a booking. By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to make the booking for all travellers in your party.

Many experiences are operated by independent third-party suppliers. Where this is the case, we act as an agent that facilitates your booking, and the experience is delivered by the supplier subject to their own terms and conditions. You agree to comply with the reasonable rules, safety instructions and requirements of each supplier.

A booking is confirmed only when we (or the supplier) issue a confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking — for example where an experience is unavailable, where there is an obvious pricing error, or where we suspect fraud.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and may be converted for your convenience; the final charged amount and currency are confirmed at checkout. Prices, inclusions and availability may change until your booking is confirmed. You are responsible for any taxes, fees or charges that apply. Card payments, where available, are processed securely by our payment provider; by paying you authorise the charge for your booking.

Cancellations, changes and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Unless an experience is described as non-refundable, you may cancel up to 24 hours before the experience start time for a full refund. Please read the Cancellation Policy for full details.

After your booking is confirmed you will receive a confirmation or mobile voucher. You are responsible for presenting a valid voucher and any required identification, and for arriving at the meeting point on time. Late arrival or failure to present a valid voucher may be treated as a no-show, with no refund.

You agree to provide accurate information, to ensure that you and everyone in your party meet any health, fitness, age, documentation or other requirements for an experience, and to behave lawfully and respectfully. Suppliers may refuse participation on safety grounds or for misconduct, without a refund.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or copy content without permission, or use it in any way that could harm us or other users.

The website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, images and software — are owned by or licensed to Holidays Tours LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the website without our prior written permission.

The website may contain links to third-party sites and services (such as payment or messaging providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts, omissions or performance of independent suppliers, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where we are found liable, our total liability in connection with a booking will not exceed the amount you paid for that booking.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website or an experience.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with its "last updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
